According to resolution UNI/962/2005 of 1st February, which approved the general rules governing scholarships and grants convened by AGAUR, 3S’TECh has been a beneficiary of aid for the development of the Industrial Doctorate:
RESEARCH OF DATA ANALYSIS METHODOLOGY WITH UNSUPERVISED MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS TO DETECT PATHOLOGIES IN DYNAMIC STEEL STRUCTURES USING GLOBAL INDICATORS (SIGNALS)

EADA-ACCIÓ (MAP PROGRAMME 2015-2016)
Within the MAP PROGRAMME, 3S’TECH was the beneficiary of a Feasibility Study and Business Plan carried out by students of the INTERNATIONAL MASTER IN MANAGEMENT (MM01). A SUCCESS EXPERIENCE and the Final Report BUSSINES PLAN received.

HORIZON 2020 – EUROPEAN COMISSION
HORIZON 2020 is a funding programme for Research and Innovation in the European Union for the period 2014 – 2020. It has a total budget of seventy-seven thousand twenty-eight million Euros.
During 2018, 3S’TECH submitted to the call with the P-TER project for the Business and Technical Development Study, and a non-refundable grant of 70% was approved of that Development Study.
EMPENTA – ACCIÓ PROGRAM (GENERALITAT DE CATALUNYA)
The EMPENTA program is a one-year acceleration and incubation program for technology-based startups with its own agile and flexible methodology.
The program is financed by ACCIÓ and forms part of its support services for startups. It offers expert mentoring, while mobilizing the expertise of ESADE Entrepreneurship Institute professors.
The program’s Mentoring Pool includes ESADE faculty, expert investors and Business Angels and professionals from the most relevant companies in the 4.0 industry, who will put their knowledge and experience at the service of the startup.
NEOTEC – CDTI (CENTRO PRA EL DESARROLLO TECNOLÓGICO INDUSTRIAL – MINISTERIO DE INDUSTRIA)
At the end of 2018, 3S’TECH applied to the Neotec 2018 Program call.
The purpose of this project approved by the CDTI was to commercialize a new solution for structural health monitoring (SHM) for post-tensioned concrete (PT).
P-TER (Post Tensioning Extensometric Readings) is the first solution that has overcome the bulk of technical difficulties, allowing easy installation, accurate measurement of forces within the concrete, powerful data analysis, wireless data transfer and at the same time be cost-effective.
This patent is the starting point in the innovation and research work of 3S’TECH in order to bring our products into the international market.
The Neotec Program grants finance the start up of new business projects that require the use of technologies or knowledge developed from the research activity, in which the business strategy is based on the development of the technology.
The NEOTEC INITIATIVE aims to support the creation and consolidation of new technology-based companies in Spain, with a subsidy of up to 70% of the action’s budget.
INTERNATIONALIZATION COUPONS – ACCIÓ (GENERALITAT DE CATALUNYA)
The “Internationalization Coupons” program, are direct economic discount coupons that can be exchanged for an expert services in internationalization offered by ACCIÓ’s accredited suppliers.
3S’TECH has been one of the 150 SME’s that have received this help to contract an Export Manager for the elaboration of an international promotion plan (design or position the company in an international environment).
TECHNICAL ARCHITECTS SCHOOL DAY
STRUCTURAL INSTRUMENTATION AND MONITORING DAY – CECAM
3S’TECH participated on 30 September 2019 in the Structural and Geotechnical Instrumentation and Monitoring Conference organized by the Girona Association of Quantity Surveyors, Technical Architects and Building Engineers.
The aim of the conference was to present some of the most common monitoring techniques, through real examples linked to the daily practice of the profession. Dr. architect Miquel Llorens, professor at the University of Girona and the Senior Technician Benjamín Moreno, responsible for R&D at 3S’TECH, spoke about the usual applications and general perspective in relation to Structural Instrumentation.
